Reddit ps4 rest mdoe while downloading

Are you downloading while in rest mode? Or are you leaving your ps4 on. Rest mode is the best option for downloading but you have to make sure it is set to

My xbox will do downloads literally 20 times faster than my ps4. And i mean when its in rest mode with all apps closed and no else home using wifi.
